Anda Stress?????....

anda stress di tempat kerja?
here are some simple suggestion
that may  help you to manage your stress...


find a more efficient way to carry out your tasks

learn to manage your time more effectively

 prioritise tasks, delegate where you can ...
(boss-boss sure suka ni....)
make sure you don't take on more
work than you can handle
 take regular breaks at works ( cam layan fb @ blogging yess....)

try to finish one task before you begin another
make sure your work environment is comfortable
get between 6 or 8 hous of uninterupted sleep regularly
build good relationships and enjoy your time at work

start excercising regularly, at least 30 minutes daily,
choose activity you enjoy most
brisk walking, swimming, golf, badminton or
main congkakpun leh gak

share your problems & your worries with a trusted friend or family
control bad habits
don't drink excessive alcohol or caffeine
cut down on smoking or
don' smoke or drinks at all
watch what you eat
eat regularly meals and make sure a healthy one

find a purpose to the work you do

find what it is that interest you and that you can do well
don't be too hard on your self

take each day as it comes

the most importantly

don't despair
and never loose hope
coz' Allah is always by your side
so...
turn to Allah
He's never far away
put your trust in Him
raise your hand and pray.....
Inysaallah....

sesekali buat makan-makan kat opispun leh hilangkan stress...
lebih-lebih lagi kalau boss yang belanja....
